The festival Music Video awards will be presented, subject to submissions levels, at a later date during the Summer period of 2008. The event organisers are looking for a suitable music festival venue where they can screen the wining films and make the awards. The reasoning behind this is to offer film makers a wider exposure to the music industry In general. There is a unique relationship between film and music, bring the two together and you have a dynamic package. The Music Awards are not for the bands that perform, but rather for the film makers who put so much effort into creating music videos.
